Adoption Social worker

Adoption social worker – Wigan Council Role is 4 days per week – flexible on days.  Team meeting once per month (a Tuesday). Adoption panels mainly Friday, and once a month on Wednesday.  Essential Requirements Proven ability to work autonomously while ensuring accountability in case management. Strong experience handling court proceedings and working within legal frameworks. Ability to manage complex cases cost-effectively and in compliance with regulations. Full UK driving licence and access to a car. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience in multi-agency collaboration to improve care outcomes.
