Cactus Search are currently recruiting a number of Field based positions for a leading insurance brand. This role will require an element of sales in your background but is very customer service driven, involving visits to pre-booked meetings on site at various companies across the UK.
This role will entail being hotel based Monday to Friday positioned throughout the UK for 50% of the year, with half of the year working from home and meetings set within an hour of your home. This role is non-advised FCA, so there are no pushy sales and all meetings are warm, with you being buddied up with another advisor.
Ideal Background:
- Sales experience essential
- Confident character with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- Driving licence
- Happy to stay away from home Monday to Friday in a hotel for weeks at a time (You will always be home for weekends)
- FCA experience desirable but full training is provided
