A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Braintree area are recruiting a HR Generalist to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 8:00am – 2:00pm. Paying between £32,000 – £34,000 per annum depending on experience. Key Duties include but are not limited to: Manage disciplinaries and grievances. Oversee absence, sickness, and performance records. Handle redundancies, flexible working, and salary reviews. Process payroll, leave, expenses, and P11D. ISO – Updating skills matrix and collating information. Coordinate recruitment, training, and company benefits. Complete administration for company cars. Ensure health and safety compliance and facilities management. Arrange conferences, flights and hotels. Skills and Experience required to be considered for this HR Generalist position: Experience within a HR Manager role essential. Excellent people and communication skills. Highly organised. Proficient within the Microsoft packages including SharePoint.
