In this role, you are responsible for coordinating both the design and planning phases of construction, adhering to the CDM 2015 regulations ensuring both safety and compliance. You will also be responsible for the oversight of the entire design process, as well as managing design teams, alongside collaborating/liaising with other industry professionals to ensure health, safety and risk management issues are addressed from the get-go.
The ideal Principal Designer will have a strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations. You will also have previous experience in, and/or prior knowledge of a Principal Designer position.
