Neighbourhood Officer Opportunity – Immediate Start! Are you a housing professional looking for your next short-term role in Cardiff? If so, at Moxie People we’re searching for someone with housing expertise to step into a rewarding 2-3+ month contract for a housing association based in Cardiff. Your Role: · As a Neighbourhood Officer, you’ll be managing a small patch of (Apply online only) general needs properties in Cardiff. Support tenants with financial advice and referrals to maximise income. Oversee tenancy management, lettings, and property maintenance. Work closely with external partners to create sustainable tenancies. Ensure properties are well-maintained and any issues are resolved promptly. The Important Bits: Pay Rate: £18.30 per hour (PAYE), or £20.96 per hour including holiday pay. Contract Length: 2-3+ months, starting ASAP. Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements. Location: Agile working with 3 days per week based in the office or community (Cardiff). What You’ll Need: Housing management expertise. A customer-focused and proactive approach. A driving license, with access to a car. Availability to start immediately and hit the ground running.
