The Role – Mechanical Assembler
We are seeking a highly dexterous Mechanical Assembler to join a busy manufacturing business in the North Gloucestershire area. This role could be suitable for someone coming from an electrical/electronic background that is familiar working with small components taking great dexterity and care. You'll need to have clear experience in working on complex assemblies and be comfortable working on an afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Assembler

  • Finding and testing faults of small, complex mechanical systems.
  • Assembling of complex hydraulic products.
  • Reading engineering drawings.
  • Completing Quality Audits.
  • Repairing faulty builds.
  • Inspecting completed work.

Key Experience & Qualifications – Mechanical Assembler

  • Proven experience within a complex engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical component assembly experience.
  • Competent at reading and following different set procedures.
  • Competency with a range of assembly tools.
  • Excellent hand eye coordination and dexterity (Essential).
