Teknikal Specialist Recruitment is hiring two Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for a well-established, family-run organisation that has been thriving for over 50 years. Due to growth and team restructuring, they are expanding their Engineering Team.

Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair manual handling equipment, conveyors, and high-speed processing machinery
- Perform PPM servicing to ensure machinery meets company standards
- Inspect and service plant & production machinery in line with OEM guidelines
- Conduct plant safety inspections in line with company policies
- Maintain a safe working environment by following health & safety regulations
- Report hazards, defective equipment, and unsafe practices to the safety advisor
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 qualification in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience with conveyors, belts, motors, diesel engines, gearboxes, braking systems & generators
- Strong skills in pneumatic welding, hydraulics, and electrical motors
- Proven welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own basic engineering toolkit (spanners, sockets, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Flexible approach and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Good communication skills
