We have an exciting opportunity to join our Dunstable office. This role offers a salary between £25,400 + commission after probation period and has the benefit of an immediate start.

Role Details:
- Location: Dunstable
- Hours - Office based hours Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
- Starting salary - £25,400 per annum
- Probation 6 months
- No cap Commission
What Will you be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Creating job adverts, and placing on relevant online job boards.
- Responding to candidates using phone/email/SMS.
- Interviewing/Registering Candidates.
- Supporting high volume recruitment campaigns.
- Booking workers on to shift rotas.
- Liaising with client hiring teams to manage staffing requirements.
- Attending meetings/reviews with clients.
- Using our internal CRM/ATS systems to keep track of candidates onboarding journey.
- Out of hours support on a rota basis.

- Above all else, you must be able to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds. The ability to listen and understand applicants' job needs is crucial.
- Organised - Client recruitment requirements can change quickly. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to this.
- Administration - Ability to successfully log and update our CRM with bookings, to help complete payroll.
- Communication - The ability to communicate to applicants and provide feedback on their application journey is critical.
- Travel - the right candidate will have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle - business miles can be claimed back as expenses.
