Location: Head Office Based - Peterborough (Orton Southgate, Close to A1)

Hours: Monday – Friday - Flexible

Salary: Dependent on Hours – Full Time - £46,800 + p.a Plus Performance Related Bonus

The Managing Director is looking for a bright, enthusiastic & ambitious person that can manage various business objectives & business interests across the board including new start-ups, hospitality interests and general day to day tasks & challenges relating to efficiencies, planning & running multiple projects & businesses.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue and growth and have the ability to plan and possess methodology to run a business, manage staff, organise stock and plan marketing campaigns etc. You will report directly to the MD and need to possess an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude with a high level of motivation to progress further in the role.

Responsibilities & Requirements Of The Role:

  • Regularly review each project / business
  • Ensure Policies & Procedures (P&P’s) are adhered to
  • Carry out due diligence within the business P&L accounts
  • Manage costings, budgets & financial targets
  • Manage databases, material, stock inventories
  • Identify risks and be a good problem solver
  • Provide reports and performance spreadsheets
  • A proven experience in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Financial budgeting experience would be an advantage
  • Well developed communication / administrative skills would be a necessary requirement
  • Experience within the hospitality industry would be beneficial
