The Role:

As a Recruitment Manager, you will take ownership of a high-performing team of consultants and resourcers, driving recruitment success across the construction and M&E industries. You’ll be responsible for:

* Leading from the front – setting the standard for performance, client engagement, and business development.

* Mentoring & monitoring – developing your team, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.

* Sales & business development – expanding our client base and ensuring strong relationships.

* Maximising team performance – implementing strategies to drive productivity, motivation, and results.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment within construction and M&E sectors.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams of consultants and resourcers.
Target-driven and sales-focused, with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
A hands-on approach – someone who can lead by example and drive success.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
