Kinetic Recruitment are currently resourcing for Line Loaders for a company based in Wallsend. The roles are on a temporary ongoing assignment with a view to offering a permanent contract for the right candidate.
As Line Loader your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring products are loaded onto or unloaded from machines, trucks, or containers accurately and efficiently.
- Operating and monitoring forklifts to move goods.
- Handling and moving goods, ensuring they are properly secured during transport.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area around machines and loading areas.
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Assisting with inventory counts and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Working with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Valid Forklift Truck Licence (C/B and/or Reach).
- Experience using an FLT.
- Previous experience loading and unloading heavy goods and materials.
- Nightshift (Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am / Fri 5pm-11pm).
- 38 hours per week.
