I am supporting a brilliant company that operates within the travel sector, developing cutting-edge solutions that empower prestigious financial institutions and travel partners worldwide. They are looking for an Account Manager to play a key role in fostering relationships between clients such as Visa and Mastercard.
You will be responsible for ensuring client accounts are running smoothly, managing day-to-day SLA reporting and administration, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders. You will also monitor project deadlines and budgets, identify key trends, support the development of created work by providing accurate meeting feedback, and forecast and track client account metrics.
The ideal person will be able to grasp technical concepts, manage and support multiple projects, have an understanding of legal contracts, and be an excellent communicator.
Salary is up to £50,000, and in return, you will receive hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office, 26 days annual leave + bank holidays, a solid pension, access to travel benefits such as lounge access, and much more.
