Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Associate Mechanical Engineer to play a pivotal role in leading technical projects, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer Position:

  • Act as the main client contact, representing projects at meetings and communicating project requirements to your team
  • Develop early-stage project strategies and design concepts that meet both the client brief and regulatory standards
  • Manage budgets, resources and timelines in collaboration with team leaders
  • Champion innovation by researching new approaches to stay competitive and forward-thinking
  • Maintain a high professional standard by adhering to quality management processes and risk protocols
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them develop while contributing to team success
