The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Responsible for commissioning, technical fault finding, servicing, repairing and maintaining Air Conditioning, Heat pump and HVAC systems used in residential, commercial, MoD and industrial buildings.
Regular duties:
- Commission, Service, repair and maintain AC and Heat pump systems.
- Review building plans and specifications to determine the requirements for Air Conditioning Equipment.
- Assist in the design, manufacture and commissioning of HVAC Controls Panels, Leak Detection Systems and other bespoke products.
- Provide Technical assistance for the Mechanical and Electrical departments.
- Provide on and off-site technical assistance for the partnered Air Conditioning brands when and where required.
- Provide Commissioning and High-Level Service Support when required either by telephone, electronically or on-site as required.
- Provide manufacturer training sessions (when set up) and manufacturer liaison.
- Produce detailed technical reports and validations.
- Provide competent technical fault-finding services to both clients and manufacturers.
- Carry out warranty repairs and warranty reports.
- Maintain all building codes, installation requirements and relevant legislation.
- Assist in the maintenance of the companies F-Gas register and look to progress the Refcom Elite Membership.
- Maintain the Manufacturer Training requirements and administer the Samsung, Mitsubishi, Daikin and other manufacturer Installer Schemes.
- Attend training courses as required to further benefit the company’s technical knowledge.

Essential:
- FGAS Category 1
- NVQ Level 2/3 Installation and commissioning of Air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Confident in fault finding Air conditioning and heat pumps in a methodical way with attention to detail
- Confident in producing detailed reports and validations
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly adaptable
