Contract length: 12 Month with potential to Extend

Rate: £15ph

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday onsite 2 Months with the potential to go Hybrid to 3 days in the office once fully trained – 37.5 hours

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for 2 x Sales Administrators on behalf of a global company within Healthcare Technology. The positions are Monday – Friday full time and have the potential to go to Hybrid working once fully trained – usually after the first 2 Months. This is a 12 Month contract that has very high potential of extending or going Permanent.

The successful Sales Administrators will join the team in the office in Camberley Surrey. The Sales Administrators will help support the team by processing purchase orders through SAP for third party clients. Excellent business to business customer service support, chasing any incorrect orders or issues for the customer.

Responsibilities:

Excellent B2B Customer Service support

*

Processing Customer orders to deadlines this could vary between 1 – 150 lines

*

Processing all orders through SAP

*

Processing purchase orders

*

Provide key support for the Head of Order Entry

*

Be prepared for new ERP system in 6 months – so proficient IT skills and the ability to adapt to new tech is essential

*

Managing out of date stock out of the Catalogue materials

*

Provide support managing billing enquiries, any credit due to customers

Required Skills/ Experience:

*

Previous experience of working within a Sales Admin or Senior Customer Service role

*

SAP use is essential

*

MS Office 365 and Proficient IT Skills

*

Good analytical skills and a high level attention to detail

*

Strong process improvement experience

*

Excellent client relationship skills
