Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. * Monitor and assess patients' conditions, documenting any changes in their health status. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventative care. * Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills. Experience and Requirements * 1 year NHS experience is essential * Updated CV required * Proven experience in a nursing role is preferred, with a strong emphasis on patient care. * Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for effective patient assessment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating initiative in clinical settings. * A valid nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body are required.
