Role Overview

• Run your own 360° recruitment desk across the UK Government markets
• Build relationships with clients and candidates across your market
• Proactively source and interview talent
• Manage the full job process - from vacancy to placement
• Generate leads and new business through outreach and follow-up
• Work to clear, achievable weekly KPIs - with full training and manager support
