Vision Personnel is working with an established client seeking an experienced Electrician to join their commercial maintenance team. The role involves working predominantly within hotels, pubs, and restaurants across London and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition qualified
- Clean UK Driver’s License
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Reactive maintenance and call-out experience
- Willingness to travel for work across London and nearby counties
- Fire alarm install experience (desirable)
Role Overview:
- Commercial property maintenance
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Occasional night work (advanced notice provided)
- Small electrical installations
- 1-in-5 week on-call rota
- Working across all commercial contracts
