You’ll be hands-on with everything from goods-in to pick and pack, all while keeping safety sharp and spirits high. To hit the ground running, you must have experience in a fast-paced Distribution Warehouse—we’re after someone who knows the drill and can make an impact from day one.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to for keeping daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced Warehouse environment. With your previous experience under your belt, you’ll know exactly how to keep workflow on track and stock moving efficiently.
You’ll lead from the front on forklift ops, manage goods in and out, and keep a sharp eye on health and safety standards—all while setting the pace and tone for the rest of the team. If you’re all about getting stuck in and bringing your distribution know-how to the table, this one’s got your name on it.
Job Duties:
- Supervise a small team and help keep daily warehouse tasks running smoothly
- Use the WSP to manage stock and orders
- Make sure all materials are handled with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation across the warehouse.
- Oversee all warehouse activities like goods-in, stock put away, picking, packing, replenishment and loading whilst also being hands on throughout the process
- Carry out daily equipment and forklift checks
- Operating the forklifts safely to load and unload materials from lorries or storage areas
- Carry out lifting and manual handling as needed
- Keeping your work area clean and follow health and safety rules
What we are looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience within a distribution warehouse setting
- Able to use ERP/WMS
- People management skills
- Counterbalance forklift license essential
- Bendi/Flexi preferred but full training provided
- Previous experience in material handling and shipping/receiving processes.
- Previous experience within a distribution warehouse environment.
