We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Porter to join our team at Trecarn Hotel, set in the quaint seaside town of Torquay. This 126 room hotel is set slightly back from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions, near the idyllic Babbacombe Downs. The hotel boasts beautiful views of the town and the surrounding area of South Devon.

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out.
- Running the night audit using Opera Cloud.
- Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
- Looking after any guest requests.
- Conducting regular security walks and floor checks.
- Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required.
- Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean.
- Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience. A working knowledge of Opera Cloud would be an advantage; however, this is not essential as full training will be given.
