My client, a fantastic Brighton based organisation, is looking for two experienced Change Managers to join the Change Practice. The role will focus on the people side of change, including business processes improvements, job roles and organisation structures. The Change Managers will lead change management on projects and strategic change initiatives.

As a change management practitioner, you will have demonstrable experience of supporting people through change and balancing the needs of individuals with those of their teams, departments and broader organisation. You have experience of delivering a range of successful projects in organisational contexts, and with a desire to continue learning. You are able to prioritise activities and work in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy the challenges associated with noticing problems and figuring out potential solutions.

Experience of working on either HR or Payroll projects or new system implementation projects would be desirable.

  • Demonstrable experience of managing people change in organisational environments
  • Ability and interest in surfacing and understanding different perspectives, in balancing the needs of individuals and those of the broader organisation
  • Practical people skills, with the ability to engage with people and quickly build genuine trust to elicit candid insights
  • Ability to prioritise activities in a fast-paced environment, work collegially with others and delegate effectively where appropriate
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to notice potential problems, surface elements that might form part of a solution, and work collaboratively to agree a way forward and push through to successful implementation

Experience of working within a similar Higher Education environment would be desirable. The role is hybrid working approx 2 days a week in the office in Brighton & they truly embrace flexible working. They offer a fantastic benefits package and a great career path for the right candidate.
