Forward Role are excited to be once again working exclusively with this vibrant and rapidly expanding digital agency team in Manchester City Centre. They are now looking for a Head of Paid Media to lead their team who work with a number of exciting Travel & Retail brands, creating performance first and social-first content, and empowering their clients to achieve exceptional results!
As Head of Paid Media, you'll report into their talented Director of Paid and be responsible for managing a close-knit team who are implementing Paid Media campaigns across PPC & Paid Social for a number of exciting brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team and ensure consistent client performance
- Effectively manage PPC & Paid Social campaigns to achieve and exceed performance goals and oversee the team's delivery of work
- Execute and optimise daily Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta & TikTok to a high standard
- Mentor and train staff to ensure development
- Deliver precise client communications, detailing performance and ROI through regular reporting and analysis
- Monitor and manage daily ad spend in line with targets and monthly budgets
- Collaborate with specialists in other areas, such as organic search, paid search, and display
- Conduct weekly client calls or meetings to discuss strategy and present reports
- Monthly team socials and a close-knit team who are fun, down to earth and super driven
