We’re seeking an ambitious, visionary Commissioning Home Manager to bring this prestigious new project to life.
Role Overview:
As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will take the lead in launching our latest luxury care home in Aberdeen—from pre-opening setup through to full operational delivery. This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a flagship facility that will set the standard for high-end care in the region. With a highly competitive salary and an OTE of up to £110,000, this role is ideal for an experienced leader with a strong background in commissioning and managing premium care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full commissioning process including home setup, recruitment, interior standards, and pre-opening strategy.
- Establish the home as the premier destination for luxury residential care in Aberdeen.
- Drive a clear strategic vision, delivering a personalised, person-centred experience within a premium care setting.
- Ensure full compliance with the Care Inspectorate’s regulations and quality standards.
- Recruit, lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver five-star hospitality and outstanding clinical care.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, achieving financial goals without compromising luxury service.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders in the Aberdeen community.
