Field Sales Manager

OA are recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to join our client’s highly successful healthcare services company.

Our client has an exciting new employment opportunity in a field sales role where the successful applicant will be part of a friendly and ambitious team within a fast-moving, dynamic business environment.

The successful candidate will operate in a progressive working environment with excellent future prospects.

Location: Western England – covering Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Wiltshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:30. Remote working is possible, but the role is field-based.

Salary: OTE £45,000 (uncapped), including Basic Salary of £26,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing retail customers.
• Generate new business in potential new markets.
• Manage at least 200 live accounts and reactivate existing business.
• Increase order sizes delivered to new pharmacies.
• Conduct 6-8 client visits per day, generating new sales, increasing product lines or categories in pharmacies.

Skills and Experience:

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strategic thinker, adaptable to an evolving pharmacy sector landscape.
• Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous field sales experience at retail level is advantageous.
