Due to ongoing growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Building Surveyor with a leading and expanding surveying and real estate consultancy based in Hampshire paying up to £60,000.

Role & Responsibilities
- Generating clear, comprehensive, and client-friendly property reports
- Assessing and documenting potential structural issues and defects
- Carrying out comprehensive Level 2 and Level 3 property surveys in accordance with RICS standards across various residential properties, including houses, flats, and apartments
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, estate agents, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth surveying process
Required Skills & Experience
- MRICS qualification (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex technical information in an accessible and straightforward manner.
- Extensive experience in residential property surveying, including conducting thorough Level 3 surveys.
