What You’ll Do

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our Sales & Marketing operations, ensuring seamless distributor onboarding, conducting insightful scheme reviews, managing sales forecasting, and resolving queries efficiently. You’ll work cross-functionally with multiple teams, leveraging data and analysis to support business growth and enhance client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Onboarding & Support – Work closely with Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure smooth onboarding, pricing accuracy, and high-quality learning materials.
  • Scheme Reviews & Performance Tracking – Own and optimise the scheme review process, using Power BI insights to inform decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Sales Forecasting – Utilise Synergy and Power BI to analyze trends, support forecasting, and provide performance benchmarking.
  • Problem-Solving & Query Resolution – Act as the go-to person for resolving distributor and dealer queries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Project & Process Improvement – Support strategic projects and contribute to CRM enhancements and process optimisations.
