The Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial fit-out projects, focusing on kitchen and bar environments. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end management of internal fit-out projects, specifically in commercial kitchens and bars. * Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements. * Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. * Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality results. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. * Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues that arise. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
