A highly successful and growing business based in Birmingham is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team. Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully and make their application promptly. This is a newly created position and would suit candidates who have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills gained in a client-facing role, perhaps with experience in Client Services, Customer Support, Customer Service, or as a Recruitment Coordinator.
As Recruitment Administrator, you will be looking after the company's sub-contractor network, building strong relationships to enhance service quality and subcontractor satisfaction and retention, and helping them to deliver outstanding customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating job offer terms with subcontractors and providing onboarding support;
- Ensuring subcontractors are fully integrated with the use of systems and familiar with industry guidelines;
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and reaching out to inactive subcontractors to explore opportunities for reengagement;
- Proactively building relationships with subcontractors, gathering feedback, addressing challenges, and fostering long-term engagement and trust;
- Listening to concerns and advocating for positive changes within the business to improve overall satisfaction and retention;
- Planning and coordinating roadshows, including workshops, interactive sessions, and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong negotiation and organisational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Proficiency in IT, including MS Office, is required, along with a valid driver's license and your own car.
The salary on offer is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a benefits package which includes hybrid working, 24 days holiday (increasing with service), bank holidays, and an additional day off for your birthday.
