We are looking for an experienced and creative Events Manager to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a proven track record in events management, who can juggle multiple projects and deliver exceptional results.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events across a variety of sectors, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, from corporate functions to private events.
- Create marketing via different social media channels.
- Liaise with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, ensuring all elements of the event are aligned.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and suppliers.
- Oversee event set-up, on-the-day coordination, and post-event breakdown.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Develop creative concepts and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Evaluate event success and client satisfaction, providing feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in events management, with a portfolio demonstrating successful events you have managed.
- A strong eye for detail and creativity, with the ability to conceptualise and deliver innovative event experiences.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
