The Role
- Running a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently.
- Interviewing candidates to correctly determine their requirements.
- Networking and generating new candidates to fulfil client requirements.
- Developing long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.
- Negotiating terms and SLAs with clients.

- Recruitment experience in the industry.
