I am currently recruiting for an organisation specialising in support for those who have Homelessness and mental health Support needs their work is certainly well recognised as they continue to expand all over the UK.

Having recently expanded upon services within Coventry they are currently looking for Support Workers to help contribute to the high-quality service they provide to those in need. Could that be you?, * As a Housing Support Worker, you will be tasked with supporting young peoples progress, working innovatively and flexibly to assist with any problems which may arise.

  • Part of your role will be to refer young people for opportunities in work experience and employment as appropriate.

  • In your job role, you will need to maintain accurate records of all young people action plans and progress.

  • As a Housing Support Worker, you will be required to undertake holistic risk and needs assessments and to develop support and risk management plans.

  • Our client is seeking employees on a temp-to-perm basis, meaning successful candidates will have the chance to obtain a permanent role and truly invest in their professional development within a growing service.

  • Required working hours in this vacancy are 37.50 per week.

  • Shift based: 08:00am – 9:30pm with one weekend in every three, must be flexible across the week.

  • This vacancy is based in Coventry, CV1

  • Candidate will be managing a full caseload of 12 clients.

  • Excellent pay rate: candidate s will be paid GBP11.61 PAYE Or GBP14.80 per hour Umbrella.

  • Perm Salary for this job role is GBP21,420 – GBP22.820 per annum.
