In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring fire safety and compliance within our organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing and developing specifications and schedules of work based on actions identified in the fire risk assessment programme, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Ensuring these actions are completed, quality assured, and audited in line with both regulatory standards and Council policy.
  • Conducting compartmentation inspections as identified by the fire risk assessment programme, guaranteeing compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, the Fire Safety Act, and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Assisting the Fire Safety team in developing efficient processes for managing, delivering, and completing the findings from the fire risk assessment process, ensuring all activities meet the highest regulatory standards.
