Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with key regulations including CE marking, RoHS, WEEE, EMC, and safety standards.
- Manage the process of product testing, certification, and approvals, coordinating with third-party testing bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as compliance reports, technical files, and certificates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, providing technical support and advice on compliance-related issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify compliance risks and help mitigate them through proactive planning and problem-solving.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to regulatory standards and ensure that all products comply with the latest requirements.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs, ideally within the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of industry standards such as CE marking, RoHS, WEEE, EMC, and safety regulations.
- Experience working with external bodies (e.g., Notified Bodies) for product certifications and regulatory compliance.
