Hiring Now: Contract Mechanical Technician – Waste-to-Energy Are you a skilled Mechanical Technician looking for your next contract role? We're hiring for a Waste-to-Energy facility in Bicester (OX27 7AA). Rate: £25 per hour (open to consider alternate rates) Hours: 37.5 per week Schedule: Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 15:30 One week in four: Backshift 12:00 – 20:30 + 24-hour callout (must be within 1 hour of site) Duration: 3-month contract (unlikely to extend)Requirements: Completed engineering apprenticeship (qualifications reviewed case by case) Strong mechanical maintenance experience in waste-to-energy or similar industriesEquipment on Site: * Furnace and Boiler System * Steam Turbine and Generator * Flue Gas Treatment System * Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) Processing Facility Interested?
