The Company: Our client, a local leader within their industry are recruiting for an administrator to support their team. This role would be ideal for an individual who is keen to work part-time during term time only, and who is a personable, professional individual who is passionate about delivering the very best outcomes for clients locally, nationally, and worldwide.
Role & Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers, clients, and suppliers via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Welcoming visitors, managing meeting schedules, and providing refreshments as needed.
- Maintaining office filing systems and updating databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff members.
- Ordering office supplies, including stationery, printer refills, and staff uniforms.
- Scheduling internal meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Handling general office duties such as copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assisting with preparing documentation for client meetings and presentations.
- Liaising with external bodies, consultants, and project teams to investigate and resolve queries.
- Undertaking any additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.
About You as the Administrative Assistant:

- Experience in an office or administrative environment (previous experience in the construction industry would be an advantage but is not essential).
- A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car (a mileage allowance is provided).
