We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding Bridging Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 2-3 years of sales experience working within the bridging finance sector to take the next step in their career and contribute to the growth of a leading bridging lender based in London.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with intermediaries, brokers, and introducers, and actively promoting our tailored bridging finance solutions to help clients meet their immediate financial needs. You will be expected to build and execute a strategy to identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain the company’s high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new relationships with brokers, introducers, and direct clients. Drive the acquisition of new bridging finance deals and help expand the company’s client base in key markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, property professionals, and investors. Be the main point of contact for clients and ensure they receive top-tier service.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the bridging finance sector. Provide insights to the team to support product development and service enhancements.
- Sales Strategy and Reporting: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets and KPIs. Provide monthly reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to senior management.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Work closely with clients to understand their financial requirements and structure suitable bridging finance solutions that meet their needs while ensuring profitability and risk management.
- Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences. Act as a brand ambassador and help increase the company's market presence.
