Job Title: Technical Account Manager – French Speaking Salary: £55,000 Location: Remote/Hybrid Reference: (phone number removed) Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Account Manager to join their business. Responsbiltites include but are not limited to: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key European customers, attending meetings, conferences, and benchmarking events. * Ensure food safety, legality, authenticity, and quality by guiding site technical teams on customer requirements. * Support second-party and third-party audits, assist in product investigations, and respond to customer queries on supply chains and sustainability. * Manage customer KPIs, update customer systems, and oversee product quality upon arrival at European hub airports. * Work closely with NPD teams to coordinate product trials and support new product launches. * Present and manage sustainability-related information for key stakeholders. * Handle customer and consumer complaints efficiently, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement. * Work with UK-based technical, commercial, and product development teams to align strategies and goals About you: * Fluent French is essential for this position * Knowledge of European/French retailers is highly advantegous * Experience with short shelf life products is also highly advantegous * Flexibility to travel monthly to EU customers If you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements please either apply via this advert or call Henderson Brown on (phone number removed) for more information
