We are seeking a talented individual to join our dedicated team. This role will be a permanent, full-time role based in our Rawtenstall office. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Client New Business Executive who has an exceptional background in sales and delivering results. With our support, you will be required to grow a book of business from our prospect bank, networking and sourcing/converting your own leads.
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years' commercial insurance new business experience
- Excellent communication, literacy and decision-making skills
- Organised & excellent attention to detail
- Strong relationship building and relationship management skills are essential
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate insurance products/Lloyd's market
- Attend trade related dinners, AGMs, trade shows, expos etc., relying heavily on your interpersonal skills and ability to network at all levels to seize new opportunities
- A consistent track record of delivering against targets within a regulated, measurable framework is vital
- Comfortable generating leads and building pipelines
- Eligibility to work in the UK with the ability to travel
What qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Chartered Insurance Institute Qualification (ACII / Dip CII / Cert CII) or working towards this
