Six Degrees is recruiting for a large group who are looking for an ambitious project manager to lead a transformational period within the business.
Role will involve:
- Working with users and stakeholders within the organisation to understand the needs of the business.
- Working with vendors to specify requirements, enabling them to configure to the business needs.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and platforms as the group continues to transform the business.
- Working with an in-house developer in the enhancement and integration of systems and processes.
- Working with the business to identify and develop people and processes leveraging technology.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and use of AI agents to improve customer experience and back-of-house efficiencies.
- Ideally, you will have been involved in process improvement and part of a system implementation.
- Working with a small but highly technical team.
