Windows 11 Deployment Engineer Type: 6 month contract Location: Broadgate, London Working Hours: 15:00 hrs – 11:30 hrs Rate: £140 (inside) Overview The Installation Technician will be responsible for the deployment of desktop devices. The role includes setup, validation, and reporting activities to ensure a smooth transition for end users. Key Responsibilities Deploy desktop devices to users' desks in accordance with company guidelines Where applicable, assist in the decommissioning and removal of legacy equipment back to the central location for collection by the designated disposal provider Conduct nightly reporting, capturing: Total number of devices deployed Number of successful deployments Number of failed deployments, including reasons for failure Validate end-user data through desk-side visits as part of the agreed end-user survey process Skills & Qualifications Experience in IT hardware deployment and installation preferred Strong attention to detail and adherence to deployment procedures Good communication skills for end-user interaction and survey validation Ability to work efficiently within the assigned shift hours Experience in decommissioning and handling legacy equipment is an advantageECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
