I am working in collaboration with a market leading fertilizer company who are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Agricultural Advisor/Accounts Manager to join their team. You will hold either a BASIS or FACTS qualification and will offer expert guidance to farmers and agribusinesses on crop protection, fertilizer use, and sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find potential farmers who need this product and provide them with specialist advice on crop nutrition and protection based on BASIS or FACTS certification.
  • Support farmers in making informed decisions about pesticide usage, soil health, and fertilizer applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental best practices.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and recommend tailored solutions for clients.
  • Keep up to date with changes in agricultural legislation and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with farmers, agronomists, and industry professionals.

Requirements

  • BASIS or FACTS certification (essential)
  • Proven experience in agronomy, crop protection, or nutrient management
