Are you open to new opportunities for September 2025? Do you have experience teaching GCSE and A-Level English? We are working with a fantastic University Technical College based in the Essex area that is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate individual to join their English department on a permanent basis.

As the English Teacher, you will have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching to suit all levels of students, along with experience inspiring students and raising achievement.

Start date: September 2025

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Location: Harlow, Essex

Experience required: Open to ECTS as well as experienced Teachers. We are looking for people with extensive experience in teaching GCSE through to A-Level and candidates that hold QTS.

  • To be a form tutor to an assigned tutor group and carry out related duties
  • To adapt the curriculum to ensure the needs of all pupils in your classroom are met
  • To carry out and share supervisory duties
