Anderselite is currently working with a purpose-driven architectural practice to recruit a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team in Bath. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and talented Part 2 to develop their career within a supportive, sustainability-focused studio that values people, planet, and purpose.
About the Role:
You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team that delivers high-impact projects across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to live projects, engage with clients, and further develop their technical and design skills, particularly within Revit and BIM environments. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals through a buddy and mentorship scheme and benefit from structured development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively on the design and development of architectural projects.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in a hybrid work setting (both in-office and remote).
- Support the design team with presentation materials and client-facing documents.
- Assist in the preparation of planning and construction drawings.
- Contribute to multiple projects, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 12 months post-degree experience in an architectural practice.
- Strong design and communication skills.
- Confident working in a hybrid team environment.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign).
- Understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work and construction process.
- Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude when working with clients.
Desirable Skills:
- Working knowledge of Revit (training will be provided if required).
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects.
