Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for relationship building within an existing base of prestigious accounts and supporting the more senior members of the team. The role is well supported but you will need to prepare and work on your own initiative to help grow, retain and ensure the accounts are happy, looking after the company’s largest banking client. The company is very supportive and helps in your development. There are excellent opportunities for progression into senior roles.

The Candidate for the Customer Success Manager:

  • A technology or software sales background is essential for the role
  • You will have previous experience in a customer success manager role

The Package for Customer Success Manager:

  • £50,000-£60,000 Basic Salary plus £20k OTE
  • On-site gym
