We are seeking an experienced, proactive and Russian-speaking candidate to lead a PA team within a prestigious UHNW Family Office based in Cyprus. The successful PA will be based in Cyprus, with full support provided for relocation, including housing and a car. As Head of the PA team, this role will involve overseeing the PAs while liaising closely with the General Manager of the Household, as well as with the CEO and his wife. The ideal PA will possess a strong leadership background, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth operations within a highly dynamic and private environment.
Key Head PA Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management - oversee and manage the PA team, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Executive Support - act as the primary point of contact for the Principal and his wife, handling all administrative tasks and personal requests.
- Coordination & Communication - work closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless communication between the PAs and household staff.
- Scheduling & Diary Management - oversee complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure all appointments are meticulously organised.
- Travel & Logistics - arrange international and domestic travel, including visas, flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Event Planning - assist in organising private and business events, ensuring all logistics are flawlessly executed.
- Confidentiality & Discretion - handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Mentorship & Development - support and mentor the PA team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Problem-Solving & Crisis Management - anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues proactively, and ensure seamless daily operations.
Head PA Requirements:
- Fluent Russian speaker (essential).
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a UHNW or private family office environment.
- Proven ability to manage administrative teams and provide executive support at the highest level.
- Strong leadership skills with a firm yet fair approach, balancing authority with a nurturing leadership style.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Cyprus (and potentially other locations).
