Temporary receptionist needed in North Bristol for 2-3 months, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a plus.
