We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join an innovative, growing, scientific organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge on a full-time, permanent basis.
Typical duties would include:
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and webchat.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve any customer issues effectively.
- Provide virtual and in-person product training to clients.
- Processing orders quickly and efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer information.
