We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to work in the adults domiciliary sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care. We are continuing to grow and develop and looking to open new services.
Competitive salary ranging from £28k to £33k per annum DOE.

The Role:
- Overseeing the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations alongside the RM.
- Ensuring strict compliance with CQC.
- Managing staff and resources effectively.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans.
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals.
- Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers.
- Following of policies and procedures.
- Clinical reviews.
- Oversee the rotas.
The Candidate:
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it.
- Have management experience in the healthcare sector - domiciliary care, supported living or residential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Have a strong character and be a good communicator.
- Be a reflective leader.
- Want to develop their own style of management.
- Work closely with the owners to develop growth plans for the service.
- Worked as a manager or a deputy manager.
- Be passionate about high levels of care.
- Have a full UK driving license.
