You'll be trained in cutting-edge cloud security technologies, gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Endpoint Management, and even work with AI and automation via PowerShell scripting. Day to day, you’ll be: Implementing cloud security and governance best practices, supporting customers with complex Microsoft 365 and Azure issues, and leading cloud migration and transformation projects. You'll also identify and deliver customer solutions under tight deadlines, collaborate internally to enhance knowledge, and be rewarded for spotting new business opportunities. Accurate time logging in HALO and producing high-quality documentation are key parts of the role. Out-of-hours work may be occasionally required.
