IT Delivery Manager (12m Contract – Inside IR35) – Hybrid London Are you a skilled IT Delivery Manager looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with one of our clients to step into a pivotal role within a dynamic and evolving business environment. In this role, you’ll serve as the vital link between IT and key business stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services. With a focus on driving performance, managing expectations, and fostering continuous improvement, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining service excellence across the organisation. What You’ll Do: Represent IT Service Delivery, acting as the main point of contact for business leaders and ensuring services align with business needs. Manage service performance in line with agreed SLAs and OLAs, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver organisational goals and champion best practices in IT service management. Work alongside a Major Incident Manager and be the face of IT for this and the UK business area. Act as a change leader, supporting transformation and promoting effective adoption of new systems and processes. Handle escalations, ensuring that challenges are addressed promptly and solutions are effectively implemented. What You Bring: A wealth of experience in IT service delivery, ideally progressing from a service desk/support background into technical service delivery. Adherence to ITIL principles, and experience working with ServiceNow. Experience working with Dell technologies, infrastructure, networks, – essentially, any tech that you would come up against working in a busy office. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels – from C-suite to front-line end-users. A confident problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure and work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced service providers, and handling complex stakeholder needs. Experience working within a professional services environment is key. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, takes pride in delivering high-quality services, and is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, for 12 months, based in central London. Initially it will be office based, until you’re up to speed, and then it’ll be 2/3 days in the office.
